Sustainable Cacao

At the core, Krispy Cacao & Co is a Swedish firm with roots in Cameroon. With the Diamex Group International operating in Cameroon as a part of the Krispy Cacao & Co family, we truly have one foot in Sweden while the other one rests upon the soil of the golden cacao fields of Cameroon.

The journey began on the cacao plantations where one of the founders grew up, working alongside many of the farmers we still collaborate with today. Witnessing firsthand the challenges they face—particularly the unfair prices imposed by middlemen, who profited without truly considering the hard work of the farmers. This experience drove Krispy Cacao & Co to be formed where the farmers are put first.

By working directly with us, you ensure that you are supporting sustainable farming practices, eliminating the need for middlemen, and giving farmers the fair compensation they deserve. As a company, we are committed to sustainability, and we prioritize working with in-house farmers who share our vision for a more equitable cacao industry.

    We provided funds to the farmers in Cameroon to help them purchase safer, eco-friendly pesticides to protect their crops from harmful insects and pests. Transitioning to a less toxic alternative provides an opportunity for the farmers to increase their yields without compromising their health or the health of the soil in which they grow their exceptional cacao.
